On my road to building a multi-8 figure education, business and life coaching enterprise, one of the key things that I didn’t realize until well into this journey, was the power I actually held as a female entrepreneur. Initially, I was under the illusion that it would have all been so much easier, if I was simply a man. Doors would open automatically and I could network with whomsoever I chose, at any level.

This was a huge misconception and it wasn’t until I experienced a few “Aha” moments, that I understood the actual power that I held as a female entrepreneur. I discovered that my ability to empathize and connect emotionally with clients was a significant asset in building strong, loyal customer relationships. And, I recognized that being underestimated as a female entrepreneur actually gave me a competitive edge, as often I could surprise and impress potential partners or investors. Also, I sensed that there was a growing demand for female mentors and role models in entrepreneurship, which positioned me uniquely in the market.

As female entrepreneurs, we have an incredible opportunity to reshape industries, challenge norms and create lasting impact. Let’s dive into why being a woman in business is not just an advantage – it’s your secret weapon! Here are my three top tips for succeeding as a female entrepreneur:

NUMBER ONE: EMBRACE YOUR FEMININE ENERGY

Gone are the days when we thought success meant acting like “one of the boys.” Your feminine energy is a superpower waiting to be unleashed! It’s all about finding that sweet spot between assertiveness and empathy, between strategic planning and creative flow.

By tapping into your natural inclination for collaboration, nurturing relationships, and seeing the bigger picture, you’re bringing a fresh perspective to the table. This balanced approach can lead to more innovative solutions and stronger team dynamics.

NUMBER TWO: TRUST YOUR INTUITION

As women, we’ve got a built-in GPS for success – it’s called intuition! That gut feeling you get? It’s not just butterflies; it’s your subconscious processing information at lightning speed. Start tuning into those instincts and let them guide your business decisions. Whether it’s sensing a new market trend or knowing when to pivot your strategy, your intuition can be a game-changer.
