Our mission is to support and inspire the next generation on their journey towards unlocking their sacred gifts.

RHI youth aims to support young people between the ages of 13-19 years and is committed to providing mentoring, resources, events, scholarships and endless opportunities to ensure that the next generation receives support and guidance to reach their full potential.

The Why

Together, Regan and Lashai, are on a mission to empower, inspire and educate the next generation.

Regan Hillyer commenced her entrepreneurial journey at just 17 years old; leveraging her success through investing in her own coaches and mentors. She is deeply grateful for her first mentor, who motivated and believed in her, and ‘thought it was possible’ for her to be successful at such a young age.


Regan went on to found Regan Hillyer International and within this company, she created RHI Youth in 2016. Early in 2017 she launched the inaugural RHI Youth Scholarship.


The aim of the scholarship was to ‘kick start’ selected entrepreneurial young people to reach their full potential by providing them with belief, motivation, mindset tools and strategies via access to world class resources, opportunities and coaching.


The now, multi award winning public speaker, author, coach and content creator Lashai Ben Salmi won the very first RHI Youth scholarship at the age of 16 and has worked with RHI ever since. She was appointed the head of the Impact Department at RHI and RHI Youth in 2019.


Together Regan and Lashai house over three decades of experience in the business and personal development niche and are both on a mission to empower, inspire and educate the next generation.

About the Summit

At this RHI Youth Summit, young people from all over the world will have the opportunity to connect with, and learn from, world-class speakers, motivators and influencers, thought leaders and successful next-generation entrepreneurs. At the culmination of The Summit an announcement will be made in regards to the outstanding recipients of this coming year’s RHI Youth Scholarships.

These scholarships are awarded annually to three inspirational young people, aged between 13-19 years old with huge dreams of impacting the world. These young people will have demonstrated that they exhibit the potential to grow and develop their skills to influence others through their mission and powerful presence.

Lashai Ben Salmi

Lashai (Shai) Ben Salmi is a Multi Award Winning Author, TEDx Speaker, Publisher & Creator. 

 

She is also a Cultural Connectivity and Youth Advocate, UN Women UK Delegate & Distinguished Korean Wave Representative (a title and award presented to her by the Director of the Korean Cultural Centre UK due to her extensive work and contributions to the promotion of the Korean Wave). Lashai is one of the most prominent and influential names in the Hallyu, Entertainment and Personal Development Industry today (alongside her family - The Ben Salmis).

Lashai launched her career as a Speaker, Author and Creator at the age of 11 - founding platforms such as, Kidz That Dream Big (& Put The Card Up To Bullying) and gracing international stages such as at the likes of, The House Of Parliament, Mercedes Benz World, Virgin Money, Samsung KX (for Hallyu Con 2022), Stage Clips (alongside NASA Scientist Dr. Tara Ruttley), Precious, UnLtd (where she has been presented with an UnLtd Award), RHI & The Korean Cultural Centre UK to name a few.

Lashai is incredibly driven to pave the way for the next generation and is very passionate about philanthropy alongside her family who are making waves in the education and media industry - promoting the notion that there needs to be adequate opportunity and equity in education & media. And advocacy for those who cannot self advocate.
