Fitness From The Inside Out - My Women Fitness Feature
01 Oct 24

For me, the journey to mental, physical and intellectual well being is a holistic one.
It’s simply not enough to focus on one aspect of one’s being and, in my recent feature article in Womenfitness.net, I discuss this holistic approach to all round physical, spiritual, mental and fitness.
In this candid Q&A, with the founding Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar, I had the opportunity to share my journey from architecture graduate to becoming the founder of Regan Hillyer International (RHI) - my beloved global enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals to live life on their own terms.
I opened up about the catalyst that led me to change my profession from architect to Mindset Coach and Success Strategist. It wasn't an easy decision. However, following my passion for facilitating healing and growth in others has led to the most fulfilling work of my life.
One Of The Key Topics We Delved Into Was My Energetic Architecture Method™
Recognized as the "World's Number One Manifestation Modality" by Wealth Insider Magazine, I explained how this unique approach combines energy work, mindset mastery, and strategic planning to create a harmonious path to success. It's not just about strategy; it's about alignment on an energetic level.
We also discussed, among others, my millionaire mastery program - Millions, Manifesting & Magic. A Premium Platinum Mentorship designed for those who have hit a plateau in their quest for multi-million dollar success. I shared insights from my own journey, including the mistakes and lessons learned that now form the foundation of this transformative program.
A Significant Portion Of Our Conversation Focused On My Approach To Physical Health And Fitness.
My workout regime is that I usually train five days per week, focussing each session on different body parts; legs, shoulders and triceps, hamstrings and abs, back and biceps, and glutes. Paying particular attention to tempo has had a dramatic impact on my results. I love strength training and being in the gym. It sets me up for my demanding days and activates inner strength. If I’m traveling, and I often am, I don't make excuses, I make use of whatever I can access and always pack a set of bands for efficiency.
I drink a minimum of one gallon of water per day and my intake is supported by the amazing technology of my Lumavitae advanced molecule hydrogen water bottle.
I take at least 8,000 to 10,000 steps per day and I make sure that I stretch every day and I practice yoga consistently.
Sleep is important to me and I try to follow, as much as practical, my circadian rhythm. As I believe that adequate rest is vital for functioning optimally, I endeavor to get 8 hours sleep per night.
Spending time in nature is imperative for my well-being. Even when I am traveling to big urban cities, I research and find green, scenic, natural surroundings close by to revive in.
I make use of everything that I can @thenestcostarica such as cold-plunging, sauna, inversion table, vibration plate, lymphatic drainage therapy, massage, vitamin C drip and more. I enjoy delving into ways to elevate myself through science and technology.
I also shared my nutritional philosophy, including my practice of intermittent fasting and my commitment to organic, whole foods with a focus on protein and good fats, I avoid refined sugars and seed oils. I believe that what we put into our bodies is just as important as how we move them.
The feature touched on my skincare and haircare routines, highlighting my preference for natural, organic products. I shared my belief that confidence in your appearance is an essential aspect of manifesting your desires and goals.
In The Woman Fitness Feature, I Also Shared Insights Into How I Manage My Multi-Dimensional Lifestyle As A Social Media Personality, Model, Serial Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Energetic Coach, International Speaker, And More.
I emphasized that these various roles aren't separate entities but are deeply intertwined. My success across these dimensions stems from a combination of personal development, business strategy, and spirituality. I also highlighted the importance of having an exceptional team that understands my vision and supports my various projects and passions. Prioritizing self-care, setting boundaries, and establishing non-negotiable routines are key factors in maintaining balance across these roles.
And, Most Importantly, We Also Discussed My Commitment To Philanthropy.
I was able to share the success of our recent fundraising efforts for Pencils of Promise,
that now sits at donations of over US$115,000 to support global education initiatives. This commitment to giving back is a core part of my personal mission and the ethos of RHI.
Throughout The Article, I Emphasized That Success Isn't Just About Strategy Or Hard Work - It's About Aligning Your Energy, Mindset, And Actions With Your Goals.
This holistic approach is what I teach in all my programs at RHI, from our foundational courses to our advanced mentorships. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share these insights with the readers of Women's Fitness. My hope is that by opening up about my journey and approaches, I can inspire others to embrace a holistic view of success and well-being.

And, don't forget, when I was at the cusp of changing my industry and remaking my career, the words my father wisely told me,
"REGAN, LIFE IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL, YOU NEED TO GO OUT TO LIVE EACH DAY WITH INTENTION."
Let's make every day count on our journey to holistic success, fulfillment and fitness.
