Shelley had a team of spirit guides working with her on the project that guided her through the process of making the elixirs, choosing which flowers to pick at what stage in their bloom to activate each code specifically and for each individual.

The elixirs work on a vibrational level by aligning themselves with where you are at, and then bringing awareness to where you can go and the blocks that might stop you from getting there. They have the power to subtly shift stuck patterns and help you remove blocks to allow abundance to flow freely into any area of your life you choose by selecting the elixir and code you wish to focus on.
