4 Years Cancer Free

So much love to you as well! So much gratefulness! So much appreciation. Deep, profound gratitude.

I beat Stage 3 cancer in 84 days.

Triple-negative breast cancer.

It was rare. Aggressive. Invasive. Lymph-involved.

When I was first diagnosed and walking through some of the darkest moments, one word kept coming through:

Surrender.

I embodied and implemented several of your teachings throughout the process.

I merged the standard of care with several other modalities. I called upon the lessons my teachers had taught me along the way… thank you for being one of them.

I’ve done the inner child work.

I’ve faced the trauma.

I’ve peeled back every layer of who I thought I was—so I could remember who I actually am.

I visualize daily.

I align with the healthiest version of me—again and again—until it wasn’t just a vision… it was a knowing.

I continue to hear your voice in that remembering:

“I remember. I remember. I remember.”

And I’ve lived by this truth:

We deserve to dare.

To dare to let our hopes of the best possible outcome become louder than our fear.
